FAQ

What types of photography do you offer?

We offer landscape, garden, and flower photography, commercial product and promotion photography, and residential and commercial real estate photography.

Do you include printing services?

No, at this time we only offer digital copies of photos.

When will I receive the photos from the shoot?

We generally have a 3-6 week turn around time. But, depending on the details of your shoot, it may take more or less time.

How much are your photography services?

Our pricing varies for each of our services and is based on the details of your shoot. To provide you with a quote, please fill out our consultation form and schedule a consultation with us. Thank you!

How long will our session take?

Sessions can vary in time depending on the details of the shoot. Generally, though, they can last anywhere from 1-6 hours.

Do you backup or keep an archive of images in case something happens to the digital copies of my photos?

Yes, we keep backups of all the photos we take in case a file gets corrupted or accidentally deleted.

If something happens to my photos, can I order more copies?

Yes, simply email us at GL365photography@gmail.com!

Do I get the copyright and ownership of my photos after the session?

GL365 Photography maintains copyright and ownership of all photos taken for clients. Before booking a session, the client and photographer will sign a contract stating explicitly how the photos can be used by the client after the session. Clients must abide by those terms after the contract is signed.

How will I receive my photos?

We will provide a digital copy of the photos through a file-sharing service or a USB, which can be shipped to you.

Do you travel for shoots?

Yes, we travel for shoots. Please fill out our consultation form so we can learn more about the shoot and the travel destination.

Do you provide videography services?

No, not currently.

Do you touch up or edit the photos you take?

Yes, we edit the photos we take. However, there are some circumstances where editing is not necessary. Generally, the photographer uses their best judgement on if and how photos are edited, but clients can request specific edits they want.

Can I use the images from our session to sell products or property?

Before booking a session, we require clients to sign a contract stating how they will use the photos after the session. Clients are free to use photos to sell products if it was explicitly in their contract. However, clients cannot use photos under any circumstance on products such as t-shirts, cups, framed photos, etc.

What if I lose my images?

You can always order more digital copies by emailing us at GL365photography@gmail.com!

How long do I have to retrieve my photos from a file-sharing service?

You have 10 days from the date you received the photos to retrieve them. After this period, the photos will be removed from the platform and you will have to reorder the photos.

My photos were removed from the file-sharing service, what should I do?

If you were not able to retrieve your photos from the file-sharing service before the 10-day period, please reorder your photos by emailing us at GL365photography@gmail.com.

How do I book a session with you?

To schedule a session with us, please first fill out our consultation form and schedule a consultation with us.

Will I get every image you shoot?

No. We omit duplicates, out of focus images, or any images that bring down the overall quality of the shoot.
